Utility to provide organ information #61
Description
We need the organ information to be defined in one place:
- Two letter code
- IRI
- Right+Left
- not Right+Left
- description
Currently defined in
- search-api/.../organ_types.yaml
- portal-ui/organ-utils/descriptions.yaml
- search-api/.../add_partonomy.py (proposed)
October 1, 2021 Jonathan asserted that the Ontology API is the right place to capture this information, and it will be in place soon, and will be accessed via hubmap-commons.
