How to convert the official controlnet (trained with SDXL 1.0) to diffusers' controlnet format?

I found https://github.com/huggingface/diffusers/blob/main/scripts/convert_original_controlnet_to_diffusers.py , but i do not have the controlnet yaml file such as https://huggingface.co/webui/ControlNet-modules-safetensors/blob/main/cldm_v15.yaml, can anyone help me? Thanks!
