ComfyUI has an implementation of using images to generate videos - Image-Prompt to Video (IP2V)

This is a very useful feature that radically changes the generation capabilities.
Is something similar expected in diffusers?

Hunyuan Video with official I2V is now supported. As this method seems more like a community-discovered/unoffical way of doing the same task, I think we will just stick with the official implementation for now
