Time series diffusion

Diffusers is go to for me to train diffusion models from scratch. While it has a lot of recipes for image/video and text, I find that time series diffusion is missing. One good example is https://github.com/yyysjz1997/Awesome-TimeSeries-SpatioTemporal-Diffusion-Model/blob/main/README.md I would be happy to contribute if this can be added.

Hi, we do not plan to support timeseries diffusion models at this time.
