Qwen Image : Image Editing Inference

The technical report and huggingface page describe qwen_image's image editing capabilities in detail, but the inference code does not have that capability.

this is a duplicate of #12065 so closing for now, but answering just in case, the image editing needs a different model similar to what Kontext is to Flux and HiDream-E1 is to HiDream-I1, that specific model hasn't been released yet.
