Here's an update on the Hub index page:

I've updated the number of models from 900k to 1.73M and the number of datasets from 200k to 403k in `docs/hub/index.md`.

These numbers reflect the latest figures from huggingface.co/models and huggingface.co/datasets as of late May 2025.
