Translate to Hebrew

I'd like to propose adding a Hebrew translation for the MCP course.

I believe this would make the content more accessible to Hebrew-speaking learners and help expand the reach of your excellent work. I'm a native Hebrew speaker and would be happy to take on the translation myself. I can start with the core course content and follow any contribution or formatting guidelines you require.

If there are specific files you'd like me to work on

How you'd like the translation work to be submitted (PR, branch, etc.)

Hi Oren,

Course material is somewhat outdated. I've just created my own lab with latest versions of all necessary tools.
In my opinion, Hebrew version should be popular.
However, Hebrew is my third language and therefore I may need help of native Hebrew speaker.
