Hello @PaulScotti , my post was more so meant for folks here who were already on the Hugging Face Hub and or HF Discord to give them heads up on the Discord channel but it is great to see that you are new to the HF Discord and welcome!

As for joining the HF Discord if you are new its not a two step process as you only need a Invite to join the Hugging Face Discord and you are all set once you go through the Discord verifications steps after signing up. See Invite below:
