Links from the TRL-PEFT blog post to the scripts became 404 / unavailable

I was looking for basic TRL+PEFT examples of lora-finetuning an LLM - similar to the Unsloth's notebook https://colab.research.google.com/github/unslothai/notebooks/blob/main/nb/Qwen3_(14B)-Reasoning-Conversational.ipynb but without the Unsloth and its patching of HF/PyTorch

These scripts are available at https://github.com/huggingface/trl/blob/36b77ae81d070d48f0ca2c96296c0e69b1f9545b/examples/sentiment/scripts/gpt-neox-20b_peft/clm_finetune_peft_imdb.py, but later on in the commit 5c7bfbc were deleted or moved apparently
