Allow setting translated custom titles and descriptions on icons

Right now the icons have titles coming from their FontAwesome icon name. It would be good if the icon partial allowed overriding that.

That's already possible as shown in the exampleSite by putting the title into a separate icons.yaml metadata file.

Can this way of specifying icons handle multiple translation of titles?

Not yet. Is a reasonable feature request though. I see two ways how this could be implemented:

1. Allow specifying i18n keys and query them in the icon shortcode to load the respective translation
2. Use an assets file instead of a data file that can be rendered like a template and contain above i18n query commands.

I'd say that the first option should be easier to implement, the second option should be more flexible. Not sure when I find time for this, so any PR is welcome.
