copy-webpack-plugin subdependency breaks Node 10 support #164
Description
Something that copy-webpack-plugin requires is breaking support for Node 10, by utilizing globalThis which isn't available in that version of Node. It does not appear to be the plugin itself, since the stated supported version of node for the plugin version we use is 10.13.
