Deleted user sends 'message'

I deleted a user. It was a user that I had sent a few messages to and they replied. After deleting the user I noticed that their conversation had moved up to be the most recent. Looking in the conversation I only saw my messages but figured out who it was from and that I had just deleted them.
Not sure if this is a bug or something not anticipated.

@luke- After soft deleting user A:

• User A is logged out automatically, so he cannot create new messages
• User B can see such conversion and the user A looks as normal(not deleted) there (I am not sure that we should mark them as [DELETED] because we removed it here)

After permanent deleting user A:

• User A is logged out as well,
• User B doesn't see the conversation with user A as expected.
