Feature Request: Add CRD for HumioSavedQuery

Saved queries can be referenced in alerts and can help make the more legible (or get around query length limit restrictions 😀 ). Since alerts can be managed by the operator, it would be very nice to also manage the saved query for any alert that they may reference. This could also be useful to streamline deploying a standard set of helper saved queries across multiple views or clusters.

@SaaldjorMike, I'm curious, do you think managing Saved Queries would be in scope for humio-operator ? If so, we might consider putting together a PR for this, but I think I could see an argument for leaving them out as well.
