fix: sync feature / refactor code

📄 Summary

After releasing a new sync feature i found bugs, The goal of this issue is to fix them all and do a good refactoring of the code of this feature.

As you see here, after commit a9deba0
Checksum doesn't update if file wasn't pushed successfully, but tue errors kind of too_many_write_operations are really anoying, so we need to do somethink with this. Some retry mechanism as i think
