Add a Solution in Another Language

Summary:
Some problems are solved only in one language (Python or C++). We want both!

What to do:

• Find a problem that’s missing a solution in Python or C++.
• Implement the solution in the missing language and add it to the appropriate directory.

Why it’s important:
Multi-language solutions help more people learn and contribute, and demonstrate different programming approaches.
