Can not open the software

windows open spiltstree software, there is an icon in the taskbar, but click on the status bar icon, can not open the software window, how to solve it

Hello, I am having the same issue in Windows 10. I tried uninstalling the program and then reinstalling it, but this did not fix the problem. This is with version 6_4_13.
