the classname is wrong when the table name has '_'

for example
a table names "aa_bb".
after generation, the class name in ZmcBase/Service/AaBb.php is "Aa_bb". The same error happen at Entity, Mapper

I use
ZendModelCreator::toCamelCase(ucfirst(strtolower($className)))
to replace
ucfirst(strtolower($className))
in creator files.

In order to make the classname the same as filename when the tablename has "_".
