The value can be <code>&lt;number&gt;[units]</code>, number with
optional units.
Supported units:</p>

<li><code>M</code>, <code>MB</code> - value * 2^20</li>
<li><code>G</code>, <code>GB</code> - value * 2^30</li>
</ul>
<p>There is also a new setting called <code>maxFileSize</code>. At the
moment, it only takes numbers in bytes.</p>
<p>This allows for setting a global value and overrides based upon glob
settings.</p>
<p>Note: the command line value will override any value found in the
configuration files.</p>
