Migration to Storybook 9.x

Hello! Are there plans to migrate this to be compatible with SB 9.x? There were a number of breaking changes, most regarding updating imports. Full details can be seen in the addon migration guide.

Unfortunately, this addon is currently causing crashing errors due to the references to now-outdated dependencies.

I've set up a community fork over at https://github.com/storybook-community/storybook-addon-cookie. I've opened a PR for Storybook 10 support (time flies!).

@hwookim if at any point, you want to actively maintain your addon again, please let me know and I'll happily grant you owner access to the forked and updated repo. Depending on which addon has the most users at that time, we can see which NPM name makes the most sense to publish to. Thank you for putting this addon together! 🙇
