Able to delete challenge and repo in staging/dev env #38
Description
Putting this here to note that we should be able to delete repo and challenge mainly in dev or staging environment since challenge are unique by the repo URL.
Impact
- This allows us to be able to test and have faster feedback cycle instead of creating new repo on GitHub.
