Can't update county or state of thing through hydroserverpy #372
Description
Steps to Reproduce
When using the hydroserverpy API, I tried updating the county, state, and elevation. When running the code only the elevation gets updated into the thing.
Expected Behavior
These should be updatable fields through the API right?
Actual Behavior
Being able to update the county and state through the API.
