Data Management App: Resetting password via forgot password link does not work #379

Steps to Reproduce

Testing on playground.hydroserver.org with Version 1.8:

  1. Click on the "Fogot Password" link
  2. Enter email and wait for the password reset email
  3. Click on the link in the email
  4. Enter a new password
  5. In one attempt I was logged in, and in another attempt I was taken back to the login page.

Neither attempt actually changed my password.

Expected Behavior

  1. Everything through step 4 above
  2. The user receives a message that they have reset their password successfully.
  3. The user is logged into HydroServer

Actual Behavior

I tried twice, and in both cases I got a different result. In neither attempt did I get an error message. In both attempts my password reset was unsuccessful.
