Run builds for testing without creating a release #22
Description
When we modify the build, it would be great if we could execute the pipelines (potentially only for a selected platform) and be able to download the artifacts without having to create a release. Currently, it's easy to pollute the releases, and they take up quite some space. Not sure if we have any limitations but I would have a more peaceful mind if testing artifacts were not automatically published.
