iOS requestPurchase results in UNKNOWN_ERROR

At the moment I am updating my app to use the useIAP hook. The situation before using the hook works flawless... But using the hook and calling function requestPurchase results in currentPurchaseError containing an UNKNOWN_ERROR.

Library versions used/tried: 7.5.5, 7.5.6, @next
Documentation followed: readme and medium post

steps:

1. Call handleSubmit function.
2. Flush / clear transaction cache.
3. Call requestPurchase.
4. Transaction popup shows.
5. Fill in credentials and allow puchase.
6. currentPurchaseError is filled with unknow error object.

Has any one had this issue? Or maybe point me in the richt direction. All help is welcome ☺️ Thank you.

I upgraded to version 12.x.x and refactored from a class to a function component and i am no longer getting this error... Hope this helps 🤞🏼
