[iOS] E_SERVICE_ERROR what could be the causes?

Hello,

had a couple of iOS users with the following error when trying to purchase my consumable:

Any help in understanding why? i and other users were able to purchase

The French error message translates to: "The operation couldn't be completed. (StoreKit.StoreKitError error 1.)"

StoreKitError code 1 typically indicates:

• Temporary App Store service issue on Apple's side
• Network connectivity problems on the user's device
• User's Apple ID / payment method issues

Why Some Users Succeed While Others Fail

This is usually not a code issue but a user-specific or temporary problem:

1. Apple's servers - Intermittent issues on Apple's end
2. User's network - Poor connection, VPN, or firewall blocking App Store
3. User's Apple ID - Payment method expired, region restrictions, or account issues
4. Device state - User needs to re-authenticate with App Store

Recommended User Actions

Advise affected users to:

1. Check their internet connection
