[DOC] missing entries in README and documentation - `torch`, problems

I think there is some content missing in the README feature table:

• middle column, AI/ML integrations is missing the torch experiment and optimization
• I think the third/right column should be "optimization problems and experiments", I would list there the toy optimization problems as well as the AI/ML benchmarking experiments
• a full example page is also missing for the torch experiment, this could follow the pattern of the other integrations in the middle columns.
