Split, transfer, burn buttons should only be clickable when I'm allowed the action

1. All the buttons on the hypercerts view page

• Split
• Transfer
• Burn
• Buy (only the one in the marketplace section)

should be grayed out if the user is on the wrong chain (message on hover "Please switch to [name of chain]").

2. It should also be grayed out if the user is not allowed the action, which related mainly to the "transfer" button. If this is difficult to implement, then a proper error message is sufficient after the user tries the action.

My proposal would be a generalized button that can be disabled based on certain checks. Because the checks are similar for allowlists etc
