[bug] Evaluation tag on hypercert on profile is wrong

The inference of the evaluation state is incorrect. An positively evaluated hypercert is labelled as 'unverified'

@holkexyz @bitbeckers @pheuberger coincedentally, this is also solved by hypercerts-org/hypercerts-api#268.

Because in the current setup it was selecting the ID of the fraction from the fractions_view, see explaination on the PR. It then couldn't find any attestations as it was looking for attestation related to the fraction id and not the hypercert id.
