[UI] Replace icon with user image if available

If an user's avatar it known via either the hypercerts User entity or ENS, load that image in the evaluation cards.

Describe the solution you'd like

Fetch the users image. For optimisation, make sure it's a server component or call via API (similar to hypercerts image fetching)
