Updates several links that are out-of-date.
One link to the difference between hypercore and remote-hypercore was open as TODO. I thought it might be a good idea to create a label "compatibility" in the hyperspace-client and an issue for each compatibility issue as a means for people to see where the problems lie and as a means to get updated on each issue: https://github.com/hypercore-protocol/hyperspace-client/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3Acompatibility
