feat: Integrate containers, tabs, and polish

Fill-right-then-wrap tile positioning (calculateNextTilePosition).
Floating drag bar on hover. Move dropdown: grouped tabs with container
label header and indented tab items. Section empty state wired.
Delete confirmation. Select-and-group Cmd+G.
