Setting up Ambilight project with HyperBian 2.0.12 - LEDs do not turn on, everything works fine with v2.0 Alpha 8 (did not try alpha9.10,11)

The LEDs do not toggle on. Tried two RPIs, two 2812b led strips, capture card is working - I can see the image in Hyperion. Power supply is good - tested with volt meter, led strips are getting 5 volts. Triple checked wiring - with/without resistor and capacitor. I cannot get any led to light up. Also tried the Hyperion app on android - Hyperion LED Visualization shows the color changes requested from phone app but no light. What am I missing ?, something is telling LEDs not to turn on. I also changed the GPIO numbers (in software and RPI) and DMA, nothing.
Note: I was unable to find NTSC setting under USB capture (Hyperion v 2.0.12), (even in Expert Mode) , is it gone from this version ?..not sure if that had anything to do with it not working.

Using Hyperion v 2.0.0-alpha.8 - Success

Everything works perfect with 2.0.0-alpha.8 release

If someone knows a hidden setting in 2.0.12 that causes LEDs not to turn on, Please share the secret sauce, thanks.

ANSWER: A Bad wire in the setup - issue resolved
