What does this pull request solve?
Currently, the job detail link returns not found page. This is due to lack of the locale path on the link when user comes from the job list page. In addition to solve the issue, I also add some tests to ensure the same issue won't happen in the future and do some refactor on the end-to-end test and fix the bad abstraction on the
GridItemscomponent.Result
