Solana Testnet → Sepolia relayer appears stalled

We're building on Hyperlane for cross-chain intents (Solana ↔ EVM) and noticed that message delivery from Solana Testnet to Sepolia seems to have stopped working.

Current status

• Hyperlane Explorer shows: "Delivery to destination chain still in progress"
• Mailbox.delivered(messageId) on Sepolia returns false

Observations

• The last successfully delivered message from Solana Testnet (visible on the explorer) was on Feb 17, 2026.
• Messages between EVM testnets (e.g., Arbitrum Sepolia ↔ Optimism Sepolia) are being delivered normally.

Question

Could you check if the Solana Testnet validator/relayer infrastructure is currently operational? Is there a known issue or maintenance window?

Thanks for the detailed repro + messageId. Since EVM↔EVM routes are healthy and Solana Testnet→Sepolia seems stalled since ~Feb 17, this looks route/infra-specific (validator checkpointing and/or relayer for Solana testnet).

Could someone confirm whether Solana Testnet validators are currently producing/posting checkpoints and whether the Solana Testnet→Sepolia relayer queue is progressing? If there’s a status page/log pointer, I’m happy to check from my side too.

Also: is there a recommended way to verify (a) latest Solana testnet checkpoint index and (b) whether metadata build is failing vs. destination execution failing on Sepolia?

Same thing is happening for messages sent on the reverse direction. Just sent a message from Sepolia to Solana Testnet that got stuck with the exact same behavior. Details below:
