Is AltID parameter supported in pkcs11 config?

Fabric documententation says to use AltID parameter in pkcs11 section incase users want to use AWS HSM. https://hyperledger-fabric.readthedocs.io/en/release-2.5/hsm.html

I looked into the fabric-ca code and it seems like the AltID parameter was removed in one of the previous commits.

Was the removal of AltID parameter intentional?
