Add Besu support for private network blockchain #312
Description
Besu has the capability to run alongside with Tessera. Currently, firefly-cli only supports Quorum with Tessera.
This issue is created to add additional support for the following combinations:
- Besu + EVMConnect + Tessera
This will allow firms to ease their transition from Quorum to Besu.
