CI failing to access private repositories in GitHub Actions

Title: CI Authentication Failure for Private Repository Access

Description:
GitHub Actions CI fails when cloning private dependencies (apis-bom, apis-common). The workflow lacks authentication for organization-private repositories.

Error: Could not find artifact jp.co.sony.csl.dcoes.apis:apis-bom:pom:3.0.0

Impact: All PRs fail CI even for simple changes

Hi there! Try following the steps to run like in the readme file so that apis-common and apis-bom is accessible,
$ git clone https://github.com/hyphae/apis-bom.git
$ cd apis-bom
$ mvn install
$ cd ../
$ git clone https://github.com/hyphae/apis-common.git
$ cd apis-common
$ mvn install
$ cd ../
$ git clone https://github.com/hyphae/apis-log.git
$ cd apis-log
$ mvn package

and before you run apis log, make sure to change the version in pom.xml for apis-common repo to 3.4.1 in local branch if you get the non-resolvable import POM error, I think this should work for you to run the build locally, in which case you wont have to change the codeQL file, but not entirely sure if other errors might pop up during build for your environment! lmk if this helps!

Update: First PR #18 fixed the main CI authentication. Working on a follow-up PR to fix CodeQL authentication which has the same issue.

Fixed by PR #18 (CI auth) and PR #20 (CodeQL v3 + test compilation). All checks green. Closing
