pytorch only implementation #25

https://github.com/sawarae/anime-face-detector has a pytorch only implementation which rewrote the mmdet/mmpose implementation with a pure pytorch implementation.
I have a PR to merge in https://github.com/btakita/anime-face-detector/tree/fork/btakita/main for a Python >=3.10 + numpy latest version support, working pip package via git install, fixed test suite, and translated english docs.
The pytorch implementations allow for more up to date dependencies. I hope that the pytorch only implementation can be merged into this project...rather than a long lasting fork.
Any thoughts or concerns?
