Documentation URLs have /stable/ in production paths

Problem

Production documentation URLs include /stable/ in the path (e.g., https://agentstack.beeai.dev/stable/introduction/welcome).

This looks unprofessional for our primary documentation URLs that users will bookmark, share, and reference. Production docs should live at the root path without the /stable/ segment.

Unfortunately that is a Mintlify limitation - which uses the URL prefixing for documentation versioning.
