false positives for page anchors

IMultiOrphan is reporting as "wanted" links to page anchors, (ie, [[projects:baseline#section1]]). Whether they are defined using the label heading in DokuWiki, or by using the wrap plugin, doesn't seem to matter, but if I click on "view" the page opens at the anchor point.

I'm running "Jack Jackrum" on a Windows IIS7 server.

Any help to solve what's happening will be appreciated.
