rewrite full url to DW-path

I have a page with a lot of headings which I want to reference in other pages. As these headings don't show up in the navigator of DW-internal links I'd like to copy-paste the full url. Would be really nice if popupviewer would rewrite an url in case it's internal to the wiki...
`https://website-url/doku.php/samen/page#part2`
becomes a working link to:
`samen:page#part2`
