peerDependency required: i18next >= 19 #254

🐛 Bug Report
With i18next-scanner@4.4.0 and i18next@18, will throw error:
TypeError: i18nextInstance.services.pluralResolver.getSuffixes is not a function
Previous with i18next-scanner@4.2.0 is fine.
With i18next@^19 installed, it works.

Add peerDependency to the package, indicating minimum version of i18next required.
