Enhancement Type:
CORE - Provide the ability to allow multiple replicas to run and then within the K8S cluster route traffic to nodes based on identifier.

Describe the solution you'd like
K8S solution that automatically divides the SCIM resources among replicas and rebalances as necessary. An internal router will route traffic to correct nodes. Allow for system wide searches (across shards).
