CH347F support

I'm trying to use CH347F for SPI and I2C communications under Linux and Windows, but it does not work. Need your help, please!

Oh I see your point. It does not seem to have CH347F chip selling on the market on those days while I was working on this library so I treated all CH347 chips the same way. Turns out I was wrong, only CH347T is supported by now appearently, sorry about that.

I may give a version update about adding supports to CH347F 2 months later cuz I am busy as bees these days personally. I am afraid that you will have to use CH347T during this period or consider using official driver (C Libs) by reaching WCH for technical support.

I will leave this issue open till the updated version released. ;)

BTW, feel free to contribute to this repository by making pull requests since I will always appriciate them.
