Double-directory creation when pasing a custom path to NSIS

Two identical directories after installation

Run installer I2P-Easy-Install-Bundle-2.9.0.exe
Choose another folder, for example: D:\soft\i2p-other

After installation I have same folders:
D:\soft\i2p-other
C:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\i2peasy

Why did the installer also create a second directory C:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\i2peasy?
