Add feature to calculate confidence intervals from p-values (odds ratio grains)

For factors with extracted as odds ratios (odds ratio grains), we require the upper and lower confidence intervals in order to calculate the standard error of the log(odds ratio). When these CIs aren't extracted in the raw data, an extra step should be added to back-calculate these CIs from the p-value corresponding to the odds ratio.
