Converting "Feature" Issues to Discussions

To help me further track the bug tracker. I am considering moving/converting all "Feature Requests" into the "Ideas" section of this Discussion board. This would basically turn the bug tracker into ONLY bugs.

I feel this would help me have a smaller pool of issues to review and a bit saner approach to knocking those out. Though before I do that I wanted to give a warning in case someone saw this had a big disagreement in doing so.
