Autolaunch failed to activate. Any insight?

I’m trying to figure out why autolaunch didn’t work for me. The autolaunch started to idle throttle but when I threw my wing the motor never spun up and it fell to the ground. I don’t have a black box unfortunately because every sd card I tried made my flight controller freeze up. Any insight? Thanks.
