You can factory reset the robot using the dedicated link in the "About" section of the webserver, as described here https://iroboteducation.github.io/create3_docs/webserver/about/#factory-reset Note that this command will be available only if your robot is in "Access point mode". You can have the robot enter the "Access point mode" by pressing and holding button 1 and button 2 on your robot faceplate. Note that this command will be available only if your robot is in "Access point mode".
This is the same procedure you followed when you first connected to your robot.
You can have the robot enter the "Access point mode" by pressing and holding button 1 and button 2 on your robot faceplate.
This will activate a Wi-Fi hotspot and you can connect to it from your laptop.
Then you will be able to access the robot webserver by opening a browser and navigating to
192.168.10.1
