!!Update!! That the connection problems had to do with the firmware and could be resolved by reloading the firmware, was probably a wrong assumption. Regards. |

It seems, that here in the forum there is nobody anymore, who answers question and gives support. It's really a pitty, that there is no support at all for the Create 3 robots. |

Describe your question.
Hello,
I try to get familiar with our Create3 and try some Python programs. Some days it worked well, but now it is not possible anymore to start programms via web playground. I can connect to my robot, but if I try to start programs, noting happens.
For instance, if I try "welcome.py", there is no light and no note is played, if I press the play button. If I touch a bumper, nothing happens, too. I have of course commented out the line for connection with the root robot and commented in the create3 robot.
It seems, as if there would be no bluetooth connection, but the "Connect" button is grayed out and the "Disconnect" button ist active.
The problem already became worse, so that there was no bluetooth connection possible at all. Then I reloaded the firmware, so that there was a connection possible, but the actual situation remains, that I can't start programs.
Regards.
Michael
